LDHS Athletics will offer sports physicals next Wednesday at LDHS. Physicals dated after April 1st, 2026, are required for anyone wanting to play sports for the 2026-2027 school year. All pages of the physical packet must be signed by a parent/guardian before arrival. The packet can be printed below or picked up at LDHS by a student from Mrs. Hall's office, located in the gym.
