On May 20, 2025, Laurens County School District 55 (LCSD 55) shared a letter with parents explaining the necessity of having four Tuesday early dismissals (September 9, November 4, January 27, and March 3) during the 2025-2026 academic year. In the same letter, LCSD 55 committed to alleviating the burden on families who may need child care. Please complete the March 3, 2026, Early Dismissal Childcare Assistance Form by noon on February 27, 2026, to help LCSD 55 plan for childcare on March 3, 2026, and to secure your child a spot.
