Gray Court-Owings School (GCO) has received a "below average" overall rating on the 2023 SC Report Card. To respond to this designation, the school has created the following School Board Approved Turnaround Plan to identify specific strategies to increase student achievement and other measures of quality educational environments. This plan is now underway at Ford Elementary and submitted to the SC Department of Education's Office of School Transformation.
